These rules set out the conditions of use of the services provided by our company.
These rules apply to all acts in the service provided by Origin Inc. (hereafter referred to as "our company").

Policy 1

After agreeing to the rules, the individual who applies for membership is known as a "member" according to the procedure that our company provides.
The definition of membership information or personal information is the information you entered in the form when you registering, any of this information that you change at a later date, and your history of purchasing and selling.
A "Selling Member" is a member who has registered to sell items.
By registering at Origin website, all members agree to abide by the rules and policies at Origin website.

Policy 2 (registration)

1. Membership entitlement

After agreeing to these rules, the individual who applies for membership is known as a "member" according to the procedure that our company provides. Persons who do not agree cannot register as a member. Our company reserves the right to reject or expell members who do not follow the rules and regulations of the site.

2. Input of member information

When registering, please make sure to use only characters from the english alphabet. No roman numerals or other characters can be used.

3. Password Management

(1) The password should be kept private and cannot be lent, transferred, or shown to any third party.
(2) It is reccomended that the password is changed regularly for security, however this is entirely the members responsibility. The member must take responsibility for their password - eg. it should not be shared with any third party.
(3) Our company is not liable in any circumstances where something has happened as a result of the member not taking appropriate measures to maintain the security of their password.

Policy 3 (changes)

If you have changed any details, such as your name, address, banking details, etc. please report the changes to our company immediately.
We are not liable for anything caused as a result of failure by the member to report a change in circumstances or personal information. Please note that any orders made before you have reported changes will not have the changes made to them.

Policy 4 (Cancelation of Membership)

Should a member want to cancel his membership with our company, the member should follow the prescribed Cancellation Procedure. After completing the procedure, the membership will be canceled.

Policy 5 (Membership expulsion)

If you input incorrect information into registration form, have overdue payments, or do anything else our company judges to inappropriate, we reserve the right to cancel your membership.
We are entitled to sue you if you break our policy as follows:
1. (1) If you use the membership number and the password illegally.
2. (2) If you attempt to access any account for manipulation, or if you attach a virus or worm to any correspondence sent to our company's home page, or any similar activity.
3. (3) Do any act of piracy or of violating the intellectual property rights of the items or members that our company treats.
4. (4) Do or cause any other acts which may cause harm to our company or its members.

Policy 6 (handling of member information)

Our company will never show or share member information to any third party without the explicit concent from the member. However, in the following circumstances our company may disclose information without prior agreement from the member.
1. (1) When required by law.
2. (2) When our company judges it is necessary to protect the rights, the profits, or the honor of our company.
Our company manages member information according to our policy on the protection of personal information. We may use your personal information to improve the content and service offered to members on teh site.
You will receive emails from us if we need you to provide some necessary information. We will also send an email magazine or some commercial offers to members. Members may opt out of receiving the magazine or commercial offers.

Policy 7 (prohibited matter)

It is prohibited to perform any of the acts that follow:

to violate the laws, rules, or regulations in using our company, shopping with our company, or selling with our company.
to damage our company or a third parties rights, profits, or honour.
to cause any fear or worry, or to do any act that may adversly influence or affect young people in mind or body, or to do any act that offends public order or morals.
to cause to other members or third parties any fear, worry, or uncomfortableness, or to cause any harm or trouble to any members or third parties.
to input incorrect or misleading information.
to transmit or write any harmful computer programs, e-mails, etc.
to illegally access our server or any other computers or servers.
to share or loan your password with any third parties.
to perform any other act that may be regarded as improper.

Policy 8 (intellectual property rights)

Our Website obeys copyright rules and regulations. Users cannot copy or reuse anything on this site without the explicit consent from Origin member's site and any other members involved.
Any members selling on the site holds the copyright to their image and design.
The member agrees that any images uploaded to the site can be used by our company for purposes such as advertising.

Policy 9 (suspension etc. of service)

Our company reserves the right to suspend all render of services or parts of service without prior notice, in order to keep the operation of this site in excellent order, for any of the following reasons:
1. (1) When it is necessary to perform scheduled maintenance and/or urgent maintenance to the system.
2. (2) When the system is overloaded.
3. (3) When the operation of the system becomes cannot continue because of causes such as fire, power failure, sabotage by a third party, etc.
4. (4) Others causes where our company judges it necessary to suspend the service.

Policy 10 (changes to or abolition of the service)

Our company is entitled to abolish all or parts of the service without notice as judged necessary by our company.

Policy 11 (disclaimer)

We are not resonsible for any result caused by system problems, lost data, illegal access, etc.
We will not take responsibilty for checking if all mail and its contents are secure from computer virus or malicious content.
We will not be responsible for any loss caused by a member breaking our rules and/or policy.

Policy 12 (changes to the policy)

The policy or rules may be amended or added to without prior notice. These rules come into affect upon publishment, and these must be abided by.

Policy 13 (applicable/governing law, and courts jurisdiction)

Should a dispute occur, the first trial will occur at the court that has jurisdiction over the address of our headquarters.

Once a new member is registered, it become possible for them to buy items.
